Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality Had all the locks in my hse installed by Dextrous. The service were good and friendly. That was 10 yrs ago and this is the first time that we need some very minor repair done. That speaks volume abt the quality. And the service today is much better, very professional but warm and friendly. The lock i bought from Dextrous in 2005 lasted for 15 years without any problem. That’s superb quality. Recently, had some trouble and msg Dextrous and was attended to by Zach who knows his stuff. I knew nothing about locks but he patiently explained the mechanism and guided what info / measurements I shld have prior to purchase to get the correct fit . Lock changed and all good.
